Industrial Grade Effluent Treatment Plant is designed to treat the effluent coming from different areas of the plant. The treatment of different effluents varies with the type of effluent. The Plant is designed to treat effluent mainly containing oily effluent and the water from the transformer area, turbine building, workshop etc, is collected in common collection sump from where water is pumped through the plate interceptor. The Plant has good effectiveness and easy handling. The Plant requires less maintenance. The Plant consists of three stages namely primary treatment, secondary bio-treatment, and tertiary treatment. The Industrial Grade Effluent Treatment Plant has the feature that the effluent water is passed through various processes such as chemical dosing, aeration, and settling.
