Mud/ Sewage Pump with Motor has automatic air releasing while priming and comes with added feature of quick and self priming and design of impeller is semi open/ open vane type for non clogging and enable to handle solids. The Pump has back pull out design for repair possible without disturbing pipelines; all rotating parts are dynamically balanced for smooth running and low vibration and has long working life. The Pump is available in mono block pump set and bare pump design and bare pump can be coupled with either motor or engine. The Pump has motor designed for wide voltage fluctuation for mono block pump set and has easy maintenance due to interchange ability of spares. The Pump has head from 6 to 34 meters, discharge rate from 76.8 to 1.0 litre per second, pipe size from 40 X 40 to 150 X 150 mm. The Pump has power rating for motor drive bare pump from 0.75kw to 18.70 KW, for engine drive bare pump from 4.00 kw to 19.50 kw, for mono block pump from 0.75 kw to 5.50 kw. The Pump finds application in petroleum item, ceramic product, chemicals, thermal plants etc, handling liquids from docs, ports and vessels, dewatering basements, cellars, channel, fire fighting and saving ship or cargo, for pumping muddy water, sewage, polluted liquids including solids and in swimming pool. The Mud/ Sewage Pump with Motor can be availed with optional impeller, wear plate, shaft, shaft sleeve, stamping, gland and bearing.
