Industrial Grade Filter Press has frame plates which are slotted to ensure proper fitting in the bodies and ensures compactness of machines and avoids breakage of the bolt. The Press has threaded sockets which are fitted in the plates to fit the cocks and these sockets can be easily replaced when the thread wears out that ensures longer life to the main plates. The Press has the feature that single piece steel fabricated compact safety valve cum air vessel and pressure gauge assembly can be provided for mounting on the inlet line of the machine. The Press is available in sizes from 12" X 12" X 12 plates to 36" X 36" X 36 plates X 35 frames, weight from 380 to 10000 kg, area from 2 to 55 square metres, capacity from 1500 to 50000 litres/ day, requires power from 1 to 10 hp, speed from 40 to 2900 rpm and size of plunger pump from 50 to 80 mm. The Industrial Grade Filter Press can be availed with ratchet gear for proper tightening of the plates and is suitable for use in oil mills, oil refineries, vegetable plants, sugar mills and chemical industries etc.
