Non Corrosive Straightener Cum Decoiler is easy to operate and is available in both motorized and non-motorized versions. The Decoiler has long functional file and is non-corrosive type in nature. The Decoiler requires low maintenance and ensures efficient performance. The Decoiler is available with suitable loop control system to maintain loop oaf coil for the machine via antenna type loop sensors/ limit arm through limit switches/ photo sensor. The Decoiler can be availed in various options such as non-motorized version with drag brake electro magnetic or pneumatic brake, coil hold-down for springy material, hydraulic jaws expansion and with shafting and key to load bobbin. The Non Corrosive Straightener Cum Decoiler is available with drive system that is ac fixed speed and ac variable speed and has three/ four self centring holding heads, housed in mechanical and ground housing and rotates on dust proofed sealed bearing element.
