Industrial Grade Briquetting Press Machine has briquettes diameter of 60 mm, length from 50 mm to 200 mm. The Machine requires three phase 37 HP power, practical used load from 40 to 50 AMP. The Machine has power consumption rate from 20 to 25 unit/ tone, sugarcane baggasse from 900 to 400 kg/ hr, groundnut shell from 400 to 600 kg/ hr and saw dust/ wood chips/ coconut shell from 500 to 700 kg/ hr. The Machine consists of 30 hp electric motor with nylon belt, lubrication system, filter and 2 HP electric motor, feeding cyclone, gear box, 3 hp electric motor, screw conveyor 15 feet long with gearbox of 2 hp motor. The Industrial Grade Briquetting Press Machine has cooling lines 30 feet with stand, complete operation panel board, foundation bolts and channel for main motor.
