Intensive Sand Mixer with Motor has base plate and side shell up to sand level which is provided with extra stainless steel plates. The Mixer is offered with pneumatics with air-filter, lubricator and regulator device. The Mixer has the feature of automatic addition of water in all models and auto addition of bentonite and coal dust. The Intensive Sand Mixer with Motor has sand preparation capacity from 4 to 60 ton per hour, shell height from 400/300 to 1000/900 mm, shell from 1200 to 2450 mm, blender motor from 5 X 1 to 25 X 2 HP, driver motor from 10 to 100 HP.
