Industrial Grade Load Cell consists of a structure to get good linearity and good repeatability under all loading condition when installed. The Cell has the feature that the signal from load cells is amplified to the useful levels acceptable for tension controllers and indicator. Cell has sensing elements of load cells which are of strain gauge type configured to form a 4 arm whetstone bridge. The Cell has two opposite arms which are energized with dual power supply of 10 VDC source from the associated controls and under no-load, the bridge is near zero MV. The Industrial Grade Load Cell has the feature that when force is subjected in the direction of sensing plane, the bridge is subjected to imbalance proportional to the extent of loading.
