Industrial Grade Thermoforming Machine is fully automatic except sheet loading and unloading and top side heating system optionally sandwich heating system. The Machine has ceramic infrared heaters with zonal controllers and optional individual sheet cutting by pneumatic shear. The Machine has maximum forming area from 400 X 600 to 800 X 1200 mm, moulding depth from 100 to 150 mm, top heater power from 12 to 48 kw, bottom heater power from 8 to 34 kw, vacuum pump from 300 to 1600 LPM and requires total power from 14 to 84 kw. The Machine is suitable for blister packs, disposable trays, foods trays, packing trays etc and is also available in separate punching pressers in various sizes. The Industrial Grade Thermoforming Machine is used for thin sheet forming with low volume output and is a small and compact machine.
