Auger Type Powder Filling Machine is an automatic dry powder filling machine and is used for the filling of dry spices, coffee, milk, saffron powder in the bottles and containers. The Machine has compact design, has the feature that the wastage of the powder is totally eliminated by the no bottle, no fill system. The Machine has gear motor is used to drive the conveyor belt and the AC frequency drive is used to adjust the machine speed to save the time. The Machine has bottle diameter from 25 mm to 90 mm, height from 55 mm to 210 mm. The Machine has stainless steel made conveyor belt that is used in the machine to avoid sticking of the bottles and containers to conveyor and needs no specific qualification of operator and setting of supporting guide rails due to double or single track bottle movement. The Machine has fill capacity from 15 gram to 100 gram and has accuracy of ± 2% depending upon consistency and the uniformity of bulk density of powder under controlled level of humidity. The Machine has single, two or multi head feature, electrical supply from 0 to 2 hp for main drive and 0.50 hp for conveyor. The Auger Type Powder Filling Machine has power requirement of 440 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz and height of conveyor from adjustable from 850 to 900 mm.
