Double/ Single Chamber Spray Cooling Tank has tank with mild steel construction, mechanical seal spray pump with high head and high flow rate, manual longitudinal adjustment on rail, dual transparent chilled water inlet filter system for cleaning during operation and height and side has manual adjustment feature. The Tank has appropriate working platform with aluminium chequered plate, common drain header with 4" X 2 numbers connection, 1.5" X 2 numbers inlet connection and has easily cleanable spray nozzles. The Tank has pipe ranging from 20 to 630 mm, 6000 mm length of tank, tank size ranging from 350 X 350 to 1000 X 900 mm. The Tank has connected power from 3.75 to 7.5 kW, length of 9000 mm, width from 1000 to 3000 mm, height from 1500 to 2500 mm. The Tank can be availed with optional single chamber tank, tank with stainless steel construction, adjustable spray nozzles pipes, motorized longitudinal adjustment on rail and precise water level control system with visual manometer. The Double/ Single Chamber Spray Cooling Tank can be availed with optional water temperature control with thermostat and solenoid valve, all piping including spray pipe with stainless steel, insulation on outer side of the tank, pipe support with central height adjustment, dual disc type water filter in spray pumps with 200 m mesh and glycerine filled pressure gauge on disc type water filter to see blockage of filter.
