Axle Cold Forging Machine comes equipped with pneumatic clutch, brake and special electric safety system which stops the machine instantaneously in case of air pressure failure, low level of lubricants or any other irregularity. The Machine features longer life of bearing surface and bushes with the automatic centralized lubrication system and provides adequate quantity of lubricants. The Machine has all parts covered for safety, longer machine-life and lesser maintenance and is heavily constructed for high stability. The Axle Cold Forging Machine requires 3.50 X 2.20 X 2 metre floor space, weight of 14500 kg, 15 HP main motor, length of 6" and wire diameter of 5/8".
