Micro Spray Water Cooling System has smooth inside surface finish that brings frictional losses to practically zero and has stainless steel made inserts provided at the discharge end that ensure a uniform spray and avoid deformation. The System is designed for a definite temperature drop of 10° C to 11° C and is made using quality grade polymer that are resistant to erosion and corrosion. The System has only one flange joint at start of branch line. The System can withstand the action of sunlight effortlessly and the system is designed to suit low head spray pumps of 10/ 12mtr head hence power requirement at the spray station that is 35%. The Micro Spray Water Cooling System has gravity flow spray pond that facilitates elimination of spray pumps and condensers are installed at a height of about 22 metres and hot water coming out of tail pipes is collected in a common header and this header is directly connected to spray pond common header.
