Steel Cementitious Flange Panel comes in 600 X 600 mm dimension and is non-combustible in nature and comes coated with electrostatic epoxy paint. The Panel consist of flat steel top sheet resistance welded to a formed steel bottom sheet, which is in filled with a lightweight proprietary cementitious mixture and has hemispherical reinforcing pockets on the underside that enhances structural strength, durability and acoustic performance. The Panel has concentrated load from 363 to 1134 kg and ultimate concentrated load from 907 to 2268 kg. The Steel Cementitious Flange Panel has reduced and low cantilever edges of the panel that ensures good strength to the unsupported edge hence reduces risk of the system.
