Electrostatic Epoxy Paint Coated Unifold Panel consists of flat steel top sheet resistance welded to a formed steel bottom sheet, which is in filled with a lightweight proprietary cementitious mixture and has hemispherical reinforcing pockets on the underside that enhances structural strength, durability and acoustic performance. The Panel has wider beam width that enhances the load carrying performance of the system and provides a squeak free floor. The Panel has concentrated load from 360 to 450 kg and ultimate concentrated load from 1080 to 1350 kg. The Electrostatic Epoxy Paint Coated Unifold Panel has rolling load from 180 to 225 kg.
