Industrial Grade Reverse Osmosis System has 4" and 8" composite polymer high flow membranes and has control panel with PLC. The System consist of membranes, membrane housings, high pressure pump, chemical dosing pump, cartridge and bag filtration and piping. The System rejects most organics and salts from water but residual synthetic detergents, bacteria, viruses and suspended microscopic particles. The System comes with all preoccupied monitors, instrumentations, controllers keeping in mind each part of plant to prevent any kind of deterioration of the filter, membranes and of mechanical and electrical systems with minimum shutdown time for regular maintenance period. The System has feed and high pressure pumps, cartridge/ bag filter, pressure monitor and flow monitors. The System consists of feed/ booster pumps, chemical dosing pumps, pressure switches, conductivity/ level controller. The Industrial Grade Reverse Osmosis System has stainless steel and mild steel made powder coated frame.
