Twin Shaft Pug Mill Mixer has direct gear-motor drive with transmission through synchronous, helical spur gear and has robust and rugged design to suit hardest site condition. The Mixer has inner mixer wall is bolted with wear resistant austenitic ni-hard liners and has mixer arms and paddles are made using high-chrome alloy-steel and cast steel which are bolted to allow for easy replacement of these wear parts. The Mixer has mixer discharge gate with wear resistant liners that is a rotary type and pneumatically operated by two cylinders. The Twin Shaft Pug Mill Mixer has non-contact infrared temperature measurement at mixer outlet and has direct discharge of asphalt hotmix to truck below.
