Rectangular Shaped Steam Sterilizer has robust design to use for continuous load and has double door to isolate the sterile and operating sides. The Sterilizer has loading carriage and trolley for easy handling of material and has multi point valves for comfortable operation to control different please of sterilization cycle up to 2" X 3" X 5". The Sterilizer has outgoing pipes from sterilizers made of stainless steel, option of single/ double door, two safety valves incorporated and vacuum breaker provided for entry of sterile air. The Sterilizer has safety aspects like pressure door lock, safety valves and magnetic low water level protection for water immersion heater. The Sterilizer has pressure lock device for the door and pressure switch provided to prevent accidental build up to pressure. The Rectangular Shaped Steam Sterilizer has operating pressure up to 1.76 kg/ cm2, high pressure, high vacuum cycles to provide perfect sterilization.
