Rapid Mixer Granulator with Discharge Port is available in stainless steel 304 bowl design in three sections which include flat bottom, cylindrical mid portion and conical top portion for efficient mixing operation and is provided with counter balanced lid. The Rapid Mixer Granulator has a discharge port mounted horizontally into the bowl with vertical downward opening. The Rapid Mixer Granulator is fitted with chopper drive consisting of dual HP and dual speed TEFC motor. The Rapid Mixer Granulator comes with air purged shaft seals for eliminating powder entering the seal and is provided with built in cleaning system for both shaft seals. Rapid Mixer Granulator with Discharge Port features sturdy mild steel channel frame to house the drive assembly at the bottom.
