Product Profile of Tri-Potassium Phosphate Anhydrous

Tri-Potassium Phosphate Anhydrous is a water-soluble ionic salt and requires reaction of a solution of phosphoric acid with potassium carbonate and caustic potash lye/ flex and TPP maintains a minimum ph of 11.5, as compared to mono and DI potassium phosphates. The Anhydrous is used as a food additive as it carries properties such as whipping agent, foaming agent and emulsifier. The Anhydrous can be used in poultry processing as it is a potential antimicrobial agent when used with fatty acids. The Tri-Potassium Phosphate Anhydrous comes packed in HDPE bag with LDPE liner in 20 kg, 25kg, 40kg and 50 kg.
