Mono Sodium Phosphate Anhydrous is a compound of di-hydrogen phosphate and sodium, one among plenty of sodium phosphates used commonly as an industrial chemical and exists as an anhydrous salt, as well as mono and dehydrates. The Anhydrous is used in process production of baking powders and is efficiently used in boiling water treatment. The Anhydrous forms a dry acidulate and sequestrant for foods, tidridge pals and is used as a ph buffer along with other sodium phosphates. The Mono Sodium Phosphate Anhydrous comes packed in HDPE bag with LDPE liner in 20 kg, 25 kg, 40 kg and 50 kg.
