Key Features of CTC Steel Segments
- The segments ensure that the roller teeth retain its sharpness for a longer time and don`t wear out fast
- The high tensile strength segments ensure re-sharpening with minimum loss of metal as they are free from internal flows of metallic structure.
- Segment rings are normally supplied with plain faces but can also be provided with jig drilled pin holes & pins. Standard pin size is 5 mm but 8-10 mm pin can also be given.
- Segments can be re-sharpened and used till 7.001" in case of 8.5" & 8.25" rings.
