Statex Engineering manufactures Statex fibrotex which is a fibre tester consisting three measurement modules housed in two cabinets to measure six fibre properties. These properties are important in fibre research and improved fibre blends development. These statex fibrotex are available with a cabin consisting measuring comb, automatic brushing unit, auto comb transport mechanism and measuring module for fibre length and strength and suction unit.
The statex fibrotex are available with a computer to provide enormous flexibility in testing parameters and controlling all functions. The statex fibrotex are available with software which converts density readings into fibrogram curve; extract selected span length and displays them on the screen. The instrument comes with a digital signal fed to the control unit of the Finmat to be stored for further calculation applicable in textile units.
