Ceramic Coated Oxygen Lance Pipe has nominal bore size ranging from 15 to 40 mm. The Pipe is offered in length such as 5500 and 2750 mm. The Pipe has good strength that remains the pipe straight resulting in good metal oxygen interaction. The Pipe can be inserted in liquid metals with/ without bending which avoids bubbling of oxygen near surface of metal or slag. The Pipe is used for blowing oxygen/ carbon in electric arc furnaces and comes coated with refractory/ ceramic on the outside and inside of pipes. The Ceramic Coated Oxygen Lance Pipe is resistant against heat, erosion and spalling.
