Industrial Grade Cutting Oil Reclaimer is ideal equipment for separation of cutting oil from metal swarf/ chips and has sturdy heavy duty construction for long life. The Reclaimer consists of perforated basket mounted on spindle, made out of alloy steel, running in lifted ball bearings, housed in precision machined housing mounted on outer cage body, with top cover, suspended from/ fitted on a solid base through vibration damping arrangement. The Reclaimer is driven by side mounted electric motor, through v-belt pulley arrangement. The Industrial Grade Cutting Oil Reclaimer helps to separate approx 95% of cutting oil adhering to metal chips.
