Stainless Steel Made Air Shower is designed to deliver a spray of moving air at approximately 6000 ft per minute, from adjustable nozzles in the ceiling and opposing walls. The Air Shower is designed in such a manner that in the event of power failure, however, the doors can be opened manually and a lock switch for overriding the electronic control system ensuring manual operation is also provided and the illumination level inside will be 100 ft candles. The Air Shower comes equipped with stainless steel grated floor located approximately 6" above datum level and duct air chases are installed within the walls of the unit. The Air Shower has the feature that air passes through a bank of pre-filters and a second bank of HEPA filters mounted on top or one side of the unit. The Stainless Steel Made Air Shower has electromagnetic door interlocking arrangement that permits opening of only one door at a time and during 30 seconds while the air shower is not in operation, entrance nor exit door can be opened.
