Heavy Duty Drill Point Grinder is designed for precision grinding and sharpening of shank type cutting tools like drill ranging from 3 mm to 50 mm, slot drills, pilot drills, countersink drills, multistep drills, core drills end-mills with 2 flutes only, taps etc. The Drill Point Grinder has precision 6 jaw self centering chuck which takes drills from 3 mm to 40 mm diameter in DG-40 and 5 mm to 50 mm diameter in DG-50 model. The Drill Point Grinder is incorporated with an extra grinding wheel for point thinning and this operation is performed immediately after point grinding and without removing the drill thereby ensuring perfect accuracy.
