Positive Type Bias Relay is a signal operated regulator that provides an output pressure that is the sum of the input signal pressure plus a preset bias. The Bias Relay allows flow capacities up to 50 SCFM with minimal pressure drop and has an aspirator tube at the output that maintains the set pressure under varying flow conditions by causing the main supply valve to open and close proportionally to the flow demand. The Bias Relay has operating temperature ranging from -40 ° C to 93 ° C. The Bias Relay has port size ranging from 1/4" to 3/8". The Bias Relay is used for conversion of a low flow control signal to the higher flow requirements of an operating system. The Positive Type Bias Relay can be availed in pipe, panel or bracket mounting option and has weight of 635 gm.
