Dried Type Orange Juice Powder is made using quality grade orange juice/ concentrate, maltodextrin and anti caking agent. The Powder has acidity content of 4.5% maximum and total ash of 3.0 % maximum. The Powder is offered in various packing such as 2 X 10 kg in triple laminated aluminium foil bag with additional polyethylene bag and corrugated box. The Powder should be store in a cool dry place and reclose partially emitted packages promptly after use. The Dried Type Orange Juice Powder is light yellow to orange coloured free flowing powder, free from extraneous matter and hard lumps.
