Automatic Type Battery Charger charge the batteries whenever the mains power is available and maintain them in a charged conditioned without overcharging. The Battery Charger steps down the 240 v ac mains voltage to about 46v ac on its secondary side. The Battery Charger consists of two SCR’s and the diode module consists of two diodes.
