Card Type Hot Runner Controller is available with thyrister control outputs to control hot runner heaters and manifold heaters. The Controller prevents heater damage by raising temp of mould slowly upon initial start up, allowing any moisture that may be present in the system to slowly evaporate. The Controller has auto/ manual/ soft start function and `j’ or ‘k’ thermocouple selection. The Card Type Hot Runner Controller has temperature control range from 0 to 400 ° c and has temperature control accuracy of ±1 3 deg.
