Manually Operated Tile Machine has the feature that the aluminium pallets, separated from dry tiles, are oiled and pushed from back side through the extrusion tooling and at the end of each stroke the tile is cut. The Machine has the feature that mechanisms are hand operated, including the hydraulic piston and the cutter and a simple mixer provides the mixture. The Machine is designed in such a manner that the extrusion head and the shape of pallets can be changed. The Machine has capacity of making 2000 tiles/ 8 hours. The Manually Operated Tile Machine requires 10 KW power.
