The Press offers flexibility to either change the entire inking system and the gravure cylinder or alternatively only the gravure cylinder and ensures that trolley changeover is performed in one operation. The Press has inking system that is designed for consistent and uniform inking at high speed, as well as low volume of ink in circulation throughout the press. The Press can be configured into a multi functional high speed production line by easily combining complementary operations such as solvent based lamination, solvent less lamination or in-register cold seal coating, in line with printing. The Press features automation press content and each print unit is fitted with an operator touch panel that lights with the colour of the ink processed by that unit and are led illuminated. The Industrial Grade Rotogravure Printing Press is a trolley-type press featuring a solid press frame designed for high speed performance and is suited for combining value added converting operations at high speed in line with printing.
