Industrial Grade Jaw Crusher consists of two parallel and two tapered jaws and one jaw is provided with oscillatory motion, where as the other jaw is hinged to adjust the gap through an adjustable screw mechanism. The Crusher has start and stops push button, overload protection for motor, switches for bulb and vacuum, fault indication lamp. The Crusher can be availed with dust extraction system and extra blade set of different material. The Crusher can feed materials which having medium to substantially high hardness and brittleness like bauxite, bakelite, concrete, geological ores, ferroalloys, quartz, glass, granite, silicates, cement clinker, slag, coal, coke, corundum etc. The Crusher ensures fast and efficient primary crushing, has rigid and dust tight design and size reduction from 50 to 100 mm. The Industrial Grade Jaw Crusher has jaw gap built in measurement scale, interchangeable optional material of construction and illuminated crushing zone to ensure the proper gap and cleaning of residue material.
