Hygienically Packed Masala Idli is made using quality grade ingredients such as semolina, edible vegetable oil, bengal gram dal, salt, curry leaves, sugar, mustard, lemon powder, raising agent, green chilli, ginger, coriander, turmeric, black gram dal, red chilli, cumin, cinnamon, fenugreek and clove. The Idli makes about 55 to 60 idlis of approx 50 g each from the entire contents of the pack. The Idli has energy of 391 kcal, protein of 10.1 g, carbohydrate of 68.7 g, sugars of 1.7 g, fat of 8.4 g and saturated fat of 5.6 g. The Hygienically Packed Masala Idli contains MUFA of 1.8 g, PUFA of 0.9 g, 0 cholesterol, 0 trans fat, fibre of 0.4 g and sodium of 1000.0 mg.
