Semi Automatic Web Sealer Tunnel has robust heavy duty mild steel made construction and has motorised rod/ mesh type conveyor with variable speed. The Tunnel has temperature controller for good sealing, web sealing and shrink wrapping on one line and has pneumatically operated sealing arm. The Tunnel has pneumatic pusher for automatic intake of packs and has the feature of auto film unwinding. The Tunnel ensures easy film roll mounting and accurate seal and cut. The Tunnel requires 7 to 12 KW power and has spool width ranging from 400 to 700 mm. The Semi Automatic Web Sealer Tunnel has working temperature ranging from 80 ° to 240° C.
