Product Profile of Industrial Purpose Crank Shaft

Industrial Purpose Crank Shaft is available for both the type of compressor that is air cooled and water cooled unit. The Shaft for air cooled compressors rotates on heavy duty ball bearings which are hydraulic pressed with axial alignment. The Shaft is dynamically balanced for vibration free working of unit and properly drilled for mounting of centrifugal unloaders to release pressurised air/ gas from intercoolers during unload position. The Industrial Purpose Crank Shaft is machined and ground on main bearing journal and crank pin journal by maintaining diameteral tolerance and axial tolerance nicely with main bearing bushing and crank pin bushing.
