The Drinking Water Solution is prepared using an accurate composition containing sodium sulphadimethylpyrimidine and is rapidly absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract and compared to most other sulphanamides passes reasonably through the blood-brain barrier and is widely distributed throughout all the body compartments. The Drinking Water Solution is indicated for the control and treatment of bacterial pneumonia and bovine respiratory disease complex, colibacillosis, foot rot, calf diphtheria in cattle and infectious coryza, coccidiosis, acute fowl cholera, pullorum disease in poultry.
