Three Station Wet Press comes with vacuum dewatering system which helps is effectively drawing out the water content in the tile during the pressing process. The Press has heavy duty pressing with robust frame and has thickness ranging from 10 mm up to 20 mm for tiles and up to 60 mm for slabs. The Press has in-built vibration system that ensures that the mix is sufficiency distributed in the mould and the air content released fully. The Press ensures that the mould moves to the other station where in its pressed by the heavy duty hydraulic system and simultaneously the vacuum dewatering also removes the water and the tile is then ejected out in the third station and stored in pallets for curing and polishing. The Press requires maximum area such as 500 X 500 mm and has maximum working pressure of 200 tons. The Three Station Wet Press requires 22 HP power.
