Rotor Induction type Phase Shifting Transformer provides convenient means to adjust phase angle of AC loading circuit while testing power factor sensitive device for the full 90 degree LAG through 0 degree to 90 degree LEAD. Phase Shifting Transformer provides 3 phase or 1 phase output voltage with continuously variable phase angle. Phase Shifting Transformer is a special type of transformer comprising of wound stator and rotor, similar to an induction motor and it enables to rotate the axis of the vertically mounted rotor winding with respect to the axis of the stator winding. Phase Shifting Transformer operates on a power supply rate of 440V, at a frequency rate of 50Hz, in 3 phase mode of operation. Phase Shifting Transformer provides an output of up to 600 VA.
