Levelling System for Grader is a flexible levelling system designed for use on motor graders and dozers and it allows the automated production of a plane with a good degree of exactness. The Levelling System has the feature that with a powerful controller up to four hydraulic channels can be controlled and eight different sensors can be connected and their signals implemented to the control. The Levelling System has automatic calibration features and has pro-active control of the blade thanks to cross-coupling algorithm. The Levelling System comes with five sonic sensors that smoothens the distance signal when ground is used as reference. The Levelling System for Grader is offered with a height sensor that ensures that millimetre exactness is reached with reduced setting-out demand.
