Stainless/ Mild Steel made Iddly Cooking Plant works on low pressure steam rate of 3 to 5 PSI. The Iddly Cooking Plant is provided with separate steam generators to supply steam. The Iddly Cooking Plant is made from quality grade stainless steel or mild steel to ensure longer functional life. Stainless/ Mild Steel made Iddly Cooking Plant is capable of making 36 to 400 Iddlies per charge.
