Industrial Grade Refined Glycerine is derived from sweet water, which is separated from crude fatty acids during splitting process of vegetable oils. Refined Glycerine finds application in drugs and pharmaceuticals, personal care products, alkyd resins for paints, ink preparation, paper manufacturing, antifreeze compounds and nitro-glycerine. Refined Glycerine is also used in food additives preparation. Refined Glycerine comprises of minimum 99.50% glycerol. Industrial Grade Refined Glycerine contains heavy metals in a range maximum of 5 PPM and maximum 20 PPM sulphate.
