Industrial Grade DM Plant consists of two beds such as cation and anion. The DM Plant has the feature that first raw water is passed through the cation resins column which converts all ionized salts to the equivalent mineral acids. The DM Plant has anion resins column which absorbs acids and gives de mineralized water. The Industrial Grade DM Plant has the feature that when resins are exhausted the cation resins are regenerated with hydrochloric acid and the anion resins are regenerated by caustic soda solution.
