Industrial Flaker Drum Dryer coverts molten chemical in to solid flakes by forming a thin layer of molten products on the outside surface of a rotating drum and causing this to be solidified by spraying cooling water from inside surface on the drum. The Dryer has an adjustable scraper that continuously removes the solidified from the drum surface in flake forms. The Dryer is manufactured using quality grade mild steel, stainless steel with/ without hard chrome plating. The Industrial Flaker Drum Dryer can be availed with electric motor, gearbox, tray, hopper, and hood.
