Product Profile of Industrial Grade Destoner/ Stone Separator

Industrial Grade Destoner/ Stone Separator is a form of specific gravity separator and it separates the grain mass in to two fraction as per the difference in specific gravity and the machine is fed onto the centre of a perforated deck. The Separator has the feature that the air coming through the deck from bottom stratifies the materials while the reciprocating action of the deck, separates the heavy particles from the lighter particles. The Separator ensures that the heavier materials move towards the top end of the deck whereas the lighter particles are discharged from the end of the deck, without any middling item. The Industrial Grade Destoner/ Stone Separator has the feature that separation can be controlled by adjusting the feed rate, slope of the deck, deck vibration and the air flow rate.
