Monobutyltin Trichloride Glass Coatings are used in either its pure form or as a blend with other items in the chemical vapour deposition of tin based coatings onto flat glass. The Coatings reflect infrared light, and offers a low electrical sheet resistance. The Coatings can be used to apply fluorine or antimony doped tin coatings to enhance electrical conductivity. The Monobutyltin Trichloride Glass Coatings has the capability to recycle by product tin streams that result from scrubbing of CVD equipment.
