Talc Based Filler Master Batches is used for the production of coloured LLDPE, LDPE and HMHD blown films liners, shopping bags, carry bags, to impart dimensional stability. The Master Batches are used with carrier resin and additives to impart flexibility with good impact strength. The Master Batches are formulated by compounding blended polyolefin’s with micronized talc in compounding extrusion plants. The Talc Based Filler Master Batches acts as nucleating agent maintains natural clarity of polymer, is an effective anti-blocking agent, reduces sticking of film layers and improves physical and mechanical properties of the end item.
