Heavy Duty Gear Pump is ideal for heavy duty application of handling petroleum products and viscous liquids. The Gear Pump is equipped with double helical gear pump with flanged connections. The Gear Pump is provided with a sealing arrangement with oil seal, gland packing or mechanical seal. The Gear Pump comes with shaft supported on needle roller bearings has the facility for steam jacketing. The Gear Pump is made of cast iron, cast steel or stainless steel and has the provision for fitment of mechanical seal. Heavy Duty Gear Pump can function in a maximum temperature up to 250 Degree C and is capable of working under pressure rate of up to 25 kg/cm².
