Testosterone Undecanoate based Tablet for Oral Use is absorbed from the intestine into the lymphatic system, thus circumventing the first-pass inactivation by the liver. The Tablet partly reduced to dihydrotestosterone undecanoate. The Tablet is contraindicated in prostrate and male breast carcinoma, pregnancy, liver and kidney disease, breast feeding. The Testosterone Undecanoate based Tablet for Oral Use should be used with caution in patients with myocardial dysfunction, hypertension, nephritic syndrome, benign prostatic hypertrophy.
