Single Station Hardness Tester has micro controller based user friendly design with alphanumeric keyboard and has the feature that automatic run can be performed continuously up to 1 to 99 tablets and run can be re-started on power failure or on system reset with last run parameters. The Tester has non-volatile data storage memory. The Tester has validation/ calibration protocol with verification for hardness of 3 point load cell calibration with weights and diameter/ length calibration with gauges. The Tester has built in dual interface for data transfer for pc and balance for sample tablet weight transfer. The Single Station Hardness Tester has two tier user password protections for method editing and validation.
